I can't print
my tickets!! What do I do?
Not to worry, you do not
need a paper ticket to get into Rock-n-Tot. Once you
purchase tickets online your name is automatically on The
List. You will need ID to get into the event. |

Are there any
extra costs?
Tips for the adults services & face painting/airbrush
tattoos, adult beverages from the bar. From time to time,
a special safety service may be provided at a Rock-n-Tot
event. Any associated costs for such services will be
clearly noted on the local services
page, as well as sent out in our monthly email newsletter.

Do you give
refunds?
Unfortunately, we cannot
issue refunds. |

Can I sell my tickets to someone
else?
Absolutely. Simply send us
an
email to advise us of the name change. We'll make the
necessary corrections. Please be aware that this needs to
happen at least 48 hours in advance in order to update The
List. |

Is the music
super loud?
Although you will be at a club, and feel like you are out
on the town, the music will not be as loud as if you were
out clubbing at night. It will be louder than you play it
in your car but at a reasonable level. |

Do you provide
care for my child if I am enjoying one of the adult
services?
We'd like to, but are
unable to at this time due to space and security
limitations. We suggest coming to a Rock-n-Tot with
friends so everyone can take turns enjoying all the adult
services. |

What if my
child needs a nap?
We have a lounge area but it
is not for naps, merely just to get away from the main
excitement and relax. Books and comfortable seating abound
but naps won't happen. |

How do you do
the giveaways?
For each ticket purchased you will be entered
automatically into our prize drawing. Winning numbers and
the item they have won will be on a display board. Please
make sure to check the board before leaving because
winners will need to be present to collect their item.

What is the
value of the goody bag?
The value of goody bags
will change month to month. You'll just have to come and
find out! |

Does my 11
month old who just started walking really have to pay to
come?
If your little one is
confidently walking and can enjoy the activities and
atmosphere of Rock-n-Tot outside of the comfort of your
arms, then yes, a ticket must be purchased. |

My child naps
in the afternoon, will this event be offered in the
morning? At this
time, we are unable to offer Rock-n-Tot in the morning. In
order to allow the nightclub to be cleaned top to bottom,
and facilitate setup for the event, an afternoon event
provides everyone with the time needed to turn the venue
into a hip, happening place to be on a Saturday! |

Why is this
event downtown and at a nightclub?
Remember your life
pre-children? How much fun it was to "go out" and spend
time with your friends? We want to recreate that for you,
and what better venue than a nightclub? Downtown is the
most central to most communities. Another great reason is
that the venues offer us fantastic space, with multiple
levels, so that no one feels too crowded at a Rock-n-Tot
event. |
